5DEV Warranty Policy 

We back all 5DEV products with a limited 5 Year Warranty from manufacture date. 

Our Titanium Cranks have a limited Lifetime Warranty. 

If you have a warranty issue please email us at: info@5DEV.com 

You will need a Warranty Return Authorization Number to complete your warranty claim.

Fine Print 

If you experience a failure of a 5DEV product due to a suspected defect in materials or workmanship or experience any damage to your frame or other components as a result of a suspected defect in materials or workmanship of a 5DEV product, contact 5DEV before contacting other manufacturers or retailers and before replacing any affected components. If 5DEV determines that any failure or damage was in fact caused by a defect in materials or workmanship, affected products or components will be replaced with a comparable model.  This warranty is void if a replacement component from another manufacturer or retailer is utilized in place of a 5DEV component.
